A GREAT COACH IMPROVES YOUR LIFE

Sport is an important and sufficient path for the positive development of children and teenagers, because it has an extraordinary potential to positively affect the complete physical, psychological and social development and a well-organized program can bring many benefits to health, body and psyche. However, wealth and true value are contained in the ability of coaches and educators to revive, guide, shape exercises and play. Coaches are responsible for youth development in the field of competence, confidence, connection, character, life skills, positive affect and positive psychological capacities.

Carrying with this philosophy of life and coaching, as a coach and a person, I must be proud of the results of my work in my four-decade coaching career. As a coach, I have contributed to many of the players I have coached playing in the NBA and WNBA, the Euroleague, to make the clubs and national teams I lead achieve the best results in their history. Personally, I have been awarded several times as the best coach of the competition or season, but I consider the most important awards in my career:

  • Reg Butler (Xavier University), founder and owner of the Big Man Academy and Full Court Vision Program (https://www.fullcourtvision.com/ – Learn how to P.R.O. your efforts to get championship results. This book is a scale; which encourages you to weigh every aspect of your life to overcome your version of average, thus helping you become a PRO. This is not just for youth students. It’s for anyone wanting to learn how to get PRO results);
  • Milica Vukadinović (UC Berkeley – The first-ever Golden Bear to play in the WNBA), environment program leader at GIZ,
  • Tanja Vesel (Indiana University – Kelley School of Business), Senior leader in the Information Technology, etc.
